We are about to see the Encore presentation of several stories that we have read in class. Among the plays will be "The Tell-Tale Heart" and "The Monkey's Paw."

Write a similar review about either of the two plays mentioned above. Your review does not have to be quite as long, but should be at least two paragraphs in length. You will explain whether or not the play was a good representation of the story we read in class. If you were the director of these plays, what would you have done differently? Describe the characters and whether or not they were believable.

The Tell Tale Heart was one of the plays we watched at the play I will tell you a bout it. Firstly, the talking was exactly from the book but, you could not see the old mans eye. Secondly, the actors were great but, the old man didn't scream before he was killed like in the book. Thirdly, there were suposed to be two cops but there were only one, and he laughed which the cops didn't do in the book. In conclusion, The Tell Tale Heart was preatty much the same as the book.
The Monkey's Paw was the other book and play we watched I will tell you about it. Firstly, the son was young in the book but, in the play he was old. Secondly the monkey's paw moved in Mr. Whites hand only the first time he wished but, the second and third time it didn't but, in the play it moved all three times. Thirdly th son or whoever was at the door had a shadow and said mother inthe play but, not in the book. Lastly, I think the play for the Monkey's Paw wasn't as close to the story as the Tell Tale Heart.

I think that The Tell Tale Heart was a good play.The story we read and the play we seen both made since.
If I was the director I would change two things.I would let the old man say some things also. The second thing i would change is get parts of a big doll to look like he really kill the man. Other than that it was a good play

The Tell Tale Heart was one of the plays we watched. Firstly, the play was great they used every word in the book. Also the actors did a great job on there parts.
Secondly, they could of played it out better than what they did. Some of the things they did i really dident understand. They dident have two cops some in like they did in the book.Also when the old man died it wasent played out the same as the book.Other than than the play was great, and i would go see it again.
