Making an Impression

In this video the male peacock does certain things to gain the attention of the female peacock. He is trying to make a good impression. As humans, we often do things to gain attention for ourselves. Really wanting to make a good impression but not knowing what to do can sometimes lead to disaster. I am sure that many of you have some great ideas on how to make a good impression.

My Summer Vacation

After five years, my family finally took a vacation. This past July we went to Disney World. I think it is now my absolute favorite place on earth. I love the smiles, the noise, the smells, and the rides. My favorite thing had to be watching my family have such a great time. Although I don't think I will ever do it again, I did get to ride Space Mountain, which is a huge rollercoaster in the dark. Yikes! I really liked Splash Mountain. I think I screamed the whole way down. I can't wait to go back again in a few years.
